Kaladhungi is also known as Choti Haldwani and somewhere between Corbett and Nainital. It is a low height forested area which attracts various species at different times of the year. Some of the species covered in during a trip in peak summer were Ashy Bulbul, Grey-crowned Prinia, Chestnut-winged Cuckoo, Common Green Magpie, White-headed Laughingthrush, Spot-winged Starling, Common Mormon butterfly, Hooded Pitta, Stork-billed Kingfisher, Jackal, Grey-capped Pygmy Woodpecker, Yellow-throated Marten, and of the Long-tailed Broadbills!
Kaladhungi is a forest area near the Corbett. Different birds visit here at different times of the year. The ones I got when there were the Great Hornbill, Scarlet Minivet, Blue-throated Barbet, Great Slaty Woodpecker, Asian Barred Owlet.
