Mirzapur.

Mirzapur is a new destination for many wildlife lovers. Mainly for the hyenas, lesser cats, and some birds, including owls. It is about 2 hours drive from Varanasi airport and the region is best described as rocky grassland with small hillocks.

I did get to see the hyenas (covered in a separate story section also), and lots of jackals! Saw the Rusty Spotted Cat and Desert Cat from afar as well as the Indian Civet but could not photograph.
