Panna, the place where I stay, for some reason has surprisingly always been a magnet for many birds and some other animals too. Bhondsi, Jhajjar, Chandu, Sultanpur are the usual haunts here. Recently had a chance to cover the White-tailed Lapwing, the Indian Eagle Owl, Siberian Stonechat, Pale Sand Martin, Common Buzzard and the Long-Legged Buzzard, and 3 surprises in Little Gull, Blackbuck and Falcated Duck!

Also on full moon night had a chance to explore some creativity!

Visited Panna again on a revenge tour this time! Last time had missed out on seeing a tiger here, though was lucky with the leopards. This time, was very lucky with both the tigers and the leopards! Saw the leopards at night-time too (though was personally a bit unhappy about disturbing wildlife at night). Saw all the 3 species of antelopes (nilgai, chinkara, chousingha) there within a span of half an hour. Saw a bear atop a berry tree! A small crocodile, with its reflection, and the King Vulture, with its own unique style complemented the other sightings this time.
